  • Tangible Teleportation App

    • How do I download the app?

      • Click these links to download the Tangible Teleportation App for Android or iOS.​

    • How do I add / link a contact?

      • In the app, open the Contacts Menu by pressing the call button in the bottom center of the screen. Then, press the "+ Link New Contact" button.​

    • How do I start a Teleportation call?

      • First, tap the bottom center button to open the Contacts Menu. Then, tap a contact to start your Teleportation call!​

  • Physical Product / Hardware

    • How do I put on / position the Tangible Telepillow?

      • Wear the Telepillow over your shoulders like a large neck pillow. The accent-colored "fins" on each side should face up and away from your body.

    • Can I use my Tangible Telepillow on other parts of the body?

      • While the Tangible Telepillow is designed to be worn around the shoulders, you are welcome to experiment with other positions if it brings you comfort!

    • Do Tangible sensations still work with multiple layers of clothing?

      • Yes, as long as there is relatively direct contact between your Tangible, the layers of clothing, and your body.

    • Can I use my Tangible outdoors?

      • Tangible works best in dry indoor spaces, but you are welcome to try it on the go!

  • Charging & Pairing

    • How do I pair my Tangible Telepillow with my phone or tablet?

      • Gently lift or shake your Tangible to auto-wake it. Then, open the Tangible app to complete auto-magical pairing. Your phone or tablet will automatically search, find, and pair with your Tangible. 

    • My phone or tablet isn't finding or pairing with my Telepillow.

      • Make sure your Tangible is charged, and make sure your device has Bluetooth turned on.

    • How long does is take to fully charge my Telepillow?

      • We recommend charging Tangible overnight. If you're about to do call, try to charge Tangible for at least 20 minutes before, or keep the charger plugged in during your call.

    • How long does my fully charged Telepillow last?

      • We estimate that a fully-charged Tangible should get you through 8+ hours of continuous Teleportation Calls.

    • Can I pair my Telepillow with multiple devices?

      • The Telepillow can connect to one device at a time. However, you can disconnect through the app and pair it to another phone or tablet!

  • Cleaning & Care

    • How do I clean my Tangible Telepillow?

      • The outer sleeve (NOT the inner sleeve) is machine washable (we recommend using a gentle cycle with garment bag).

    • What do I do if my Tangible gets accidentally damaged?

      • Batch Zero is our friends & family early-testing program. For a heavily discounted price, you can purchase the first generation of Teleportation Kits and share design feedback with Team Tangible.

    • When will I receive my Teleportation Kit?

      • We're excited to get it to you! We will notify you via email when we've shipped your Teleportation Kit out.
